As a Health Coach, my goal is to help busy people learn to nourish themselves and their families with simple diet and lifestyle changes. I cater my coaching to your needs. I can help with grocery store shopping, a pantry makeover, meal planning, cooking classes, a whole foods cleanse or general coaching. I will share easy to make, delicious recipes that use the the most nutritious ingredients available. I teach people how to clean up their diets and shop for the best ingredients in order to make their family favorites healthier. I have studied all the major dietary theories and use practical lifestyle coaching methods to guide you in discovering which approach works best for you.
